Behavior was good and cleaning also good but room quality and bed made me uncomfortable

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks

I booked a room for 3 family member. We stayed there for 2 nights. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I had some apprehension before checking in, but the people at the reception were very courteous and welcoming. The room is spacious with a clean bed, 1 chair, 1 sofa and a table. The room had an electric kettle. The bathroom was also well-maintained. I really loved the wooden panelling on the floor and part of the wall. I am very satisfied by the work of the cleaning staff who diligently and efficiently cleaned the room everyday. The hotel best part that they allow us to food ordered from outside. I had a wonderful and comfortable experience in Hotel Stay Inn. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants a comfortable stay in a good location with reasonable budget.
